Many guests choose to take advantage of Thursday evening and Friday daytime to experience the French Quarter, enjoy the amenities of The Ritz-Carlton, schedule informal meetings, and begin building relationships before the Welcome Reception on Friday evening. The CAMS room block is available beginning Thursday and extends through the conclusion of the summit.
