Attendee Terms, Policies and Guidelines

COLLABORATIVE AIRWAY MANAGEMENT SUMMIT (CAMS)

  1. ATTENDEE REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION TERMS

Attendance at the Collaborative Airway Management Summit (CAMS) is intentionally limited and curated in order to preserve the collaborative, interdisciplinary, and immersive educational atmosphere of the summit.

Registration is considered confirmed only upon completed payment and confirmation from the CAMS administrative team. CAMS reserves the right to limit attendance, approve participation, or decline registration requests in order to maintain the educational structure and collaborative nature of the summit experience.

Participants acknowledge that educational content, schedules, speakers, collaborative sessions, and immersive experiences may continue evolving as the summit develops.

  1. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the intentionally limited attendance structure and advanced hospitality planning associated with the summit, attendee registration fees are generally considered non-refundable.

If cancellation becomes necessary, attendees are encouraged to notify CAMS administration as early as possible. In certain circumstances, partial credit toward future educational activities may be considered at the discretion of CAMS administration.

CAMS reserves the right to modify schedules, speakers, educational components, or event logistics if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation or postponement caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather events, venue restrictions, public health considerations, travel disruptions, or force majeure events, CAMS shall not be responsible for travel-related expenses or additional attendee costs.

  1. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING CONSENT

By attending CAMS, participants acknowledge that photography, video recording, audio recording, and promotional media capture may occur throughout portions of the summit.

Attendees grant permission for CAMS and affiliated educational entities to utilize photographs, video footage, or recorded content containing attendee likenesses for educational, promotional, website, social media, future summit, or professional marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Participants are respectfully asked not to independently record educational sessions or immersive discussions without prior permission from CAMS administration and participating faculty.

  1. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & HOSPITALITY NOTICE

CAMS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergy requests submitted in advance of the summit.

Attendees are encouraged to notify CAMS administration of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special meal considerations during the registration process or no later than 30 days prior to the event.

While reasonable accommodations will be attempted, CAMS and venue hospitality providers cannot guarantee completely allergen-free food preparation environments.

  1. CME / CE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

Participants seeking Continuing Medical Education (CME) and/or Continuing Education (CE) credit must comply with all attendance verification requirements established by CAMS and associated accreditation organizations.

Credit eligibility may require:

• verified session attendance

• completion of attendance tracking procedures

• submission of required evaluations or feedback forms

• and participation within designated educational components.

Final credit determination remains subject to accreditation guidelines and participation verification requirements.

  1. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT POLICY

CAMS is committed to maintaining a respectful, collaborative, professional, and interdisciplinary educational environment for all participants.

Attendees, speakers, collaborators, and industry partners are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout all summit activities, discussions, immersive sessions, and networking environments.

Disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, discriminatory, or excessively promotional behavior inconsistent with the collaborative philosophy of the summit may result in removal from portions of the event at the discretion of CAMS administration.

CAMS is intentionally designed to encourage meaningful collaboration, thoughtful discussion, interdisciplinary respect, and patient-centered educational exchange.

  1. INVITATION & REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY

Because attendance at CAMS is intentionally curated and limited, registrations and invitations are intended solely for the originally approved attendee.

Transfer of registration or substitution of attendees without prior written approval from CAMS administration is discouraged and may require separate review and approval.

CAMS reserves the right to maintain attendee selection standards consistent with the educational, collaborative, and interdisciplinary goals of the summit.
